Store Policies
Returns - No returns once the furniture is in the home. No returns on mattresses. No returns on special ordered furniture.
Old Furniture - We cannot take old furniture. Mattress removal is $65 for the necessary hygiene bag.
Payment Policy - Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit, financing options, or store credit.
Deposits - All orders require a deposit of 20%, balance must be paid in full before delivery unless financed.
Warranty Policy - Manufacturer warranties vary, please discuss any warranty questions with an associate. Store warranty: serviced in house by our experienced service technician. Purchases made within a year are serviced free of charge. Purchases made over a year require a $55 service fee for our technician to come to your home. Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, and pet damage are not covered.
Lead Time - All lead times are different depending on manufacturer and piece. Please ask one of our associates about the estimated lead time before placing an order. All stock furniture can be delivered within a week.
Changes/Cancellations -Are not permitted after the order has been placed.
